- 01Rules engine41.5% adoption of the new policy model and 64.5% task completion for new policies, while platform volume crossed a million transactions a day. Rebuilt Policy Management across three phases so fraud teams could write, segment, and stage rules without treating every change as a production risk.
- 02Trust score explainabilityRebuilt the score as an argument a reviewer can defend, not a number they have to take on faith. Analysts were approving and declining more than a million transactions a day on a score they could not explain.

- 03Authorized payment protectionShipped the first-version policy model and review surface so a payment network and its member banks could act on the same irreversible fraud decision without colliding. I left in a reduction before outcomes matured, so the evidence here is the decisions, not a result I can source.
