Ten years across fintech, automotive, biotech, and sports entertainment. Most recently fraud prevention at Kount, an Equifax company — interfaces used to review more than a million transactions a day.

2019 — 2026
- 01Authorized payment protectionA payment network and its member banks had to act on the same irreversible fraud decision without stepping on each other. We built the policy model and review surfaces that made origin, destination, and authority legible in real time.
- 02Trust score explainabilityFraud analysts were approving and declining transactions on a score they could not explain. We rebuilt the score as an argument, and gave every decision a defensible reason.
- 03Rules engineFraud teams needed to write and stage complex policy without turning every change into a production risk. We rebuilt Policy Management across three phases so logic, segments, and versioning were legible enough to run against a million transactions a day.
